Hi, I'm Tiffany

Creativity and a love of nature have always been a part of my life, so it’s no surprise that I spend my days with my hands in the soil and pockets full of seeds. Some of my earliest childhood memories are picking flowers from the garden to decorate my mud pies. I’d even sell them to the neighbours down the street! It seems I've always had a bit of an entrepreneurial streak and a genuine love for sharing flowers.

At Surrey Hill, that same passion drives everything we do. From the scent of freshly picked poppies in the spring to the way autumn dahlias remind you cosy is a season, I want flowers to be something you can enjoy every day. We grow each stem with care, making sure you always get the freshest, most beautiful blooms to brighten your space.

Do you deliver?

At this time, we don’t offer delivery, but we’d love to see you at Surrey Hill Flower Farm! You can pick up fresh blooms right from the farm stand by arrangement, or at our local retail outlets in New Plymouth.

Can I visit the farm?

The flower farm is not currently open to visitors. The property is our home as well as a working business and we ask all farm stand visitors to respect the privacy of our space and family.

Do you offer wedding and event flowers?

We offer DIY buckets of fresh cut beautiful blooms, suitable for all occasions. Please email for more details. Please note we do not offer design services at this time.

How do I care for my flowers to make them last longer?

To keep your flowers fresh and get the most out of them, change the water every 2 days and trim the stems at a 45-degree angle. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from fresh fruit

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful corner of Taranaki, we’d love to welcome you to the Flower Farm Cottage.

Nestled in a peaceful garden beside our home and flower fields, the Flower Farm Cottage offers a calm, comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the simple beauty of country life. Just 3km from Oakura’s seaside village, you’re close to walking tracks, cafés, a pub, black sand beaches and great surf. New Plymouth’s galleries, coastal walkway and shopping are an easy 15 minute drive away.

Recent guest reviews have been incredibly kind, and we’re grateful so many people have enjoyed the cottage’s quiet, relaxed feel.

Please note: the property is not safely set up for children and is best suited to adults only.
